Our history

Malūnas Mala Bakery was born from the desire to create simple but authentic baked goods - ones that smell of home, remind us of the value of handmade work, and reflect a living, handmade craft.

From farm to table

Malūnas Mala Bakery is all about quality and freshness. It all starts with the main ingredient of baked goods – flour.

They come to us from organic farms near Klaipėda. Here, the grains are grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, but naturally, the way nature grows. They are ground with stone millstones, just like in ancient times – slowly and responsibly. Stone millstones grind the grain in such a way that all the nutrients and minerals necessary for our body are preserved.

We order flour as needed, only as much as needed, so we can make baked goods from the most freshly ground flour.

Our vision

We bake the way we think is right. The bread is sourdough, unsweetened, and in the buttery pastry you will feel real butter, real ingredients. Taking nature into account, we try to create a seasonal assortment.

The mill grinds the bakery – about traveling with nature.
